Golf Tournament Proceeds Provide YMCA Scholarships

Palladium Financial, a mortgage/insurance company located in Arvada hosted its first annual charity golf tournament on Friday, June 17th. The tournament raised $1,450 with the proceeds being distributed to the Duncan YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, which provides scholarships to help ensure children are not turned away from programs or services for financial reasons.

Mike Jackson, Executive Director of the Susan M. Duncan Family YMCA remarks, “It’s great to get out and play a round of golf, but it’s even better when it’s for a good cause.” Jason Willis, partner of Palladium Financial remarks, “We look forward to making this event an annual event and are proud to support kids and families in the community of Arvada.”

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver has served the Denver community since 1875, offering programs and services to individuals and families regardless of age, gender, race, religion, national origin or financial ability.
